At this stage, the video will demonstrate appropriate therapeutic exercises to effectively improve muscle strength, maintain flexibility, and facilitate mobility in pregnant individuals suffering from low back pain. The exercises will be performed correctly by a non-pregnant woman as if she were a pregnant person in the second trimester. The audio will discuss how to perform the exercises and how to interpret them. Exercise descriptions included here along with additional figures or photographs (these may be still images from a movie) will be found in the manual. The guide will also include more physiotherapeutic exercises such as Pilates exercises.
