Video 1:
Simulates interview situation including non-verbal communication of a patient and a physiotherapist. Practice of clinical reasoning.
Video 2:
Highlights and point out to where to give attention in behaviour of patient and physiotherapist. Practice of clinical reasoning to be supported by video.

- Verbal communication:
Patient tells about widespead and longlasting pains -> chronic pain and chronic pain mechanisms.
Symptoms started at the same time as patient’s mother got severe illness.
The patient take care of children, work full-time and now there is extra-burden to take care of mother. There is a high load in everyday life.
In addition there is continuous worry related to mother health condition.
- Non verbal communication:
Patient is breathing superficially and upper body is very stiff and thoracic spine is extended.
Patient’s voice is quiet.
Sitting posture is asymmetrical and patient’s hands are crossed the body.
Patient is avoiding eye contact
In conclusion, observations refer to psychological distress beside chronic low-back pain syndrome. Patient seems to cover the feeling of insecurity and in a way to “pull yourself together” to manage the life situation. There is compromised respiration, decreased flexibility and changed in posture.
There is an indication to psychomotor physiotherapy approach.
