Before you watch these videos, please take a moment to think about and describe how you would connect with a 5-year-old child and his mother. How do you get him/her to reduce his/her anxiety, how do you get him/her to cooperate. Who do you talk to, who do you give information to? How and with what words do you motivate and praise?
