Before you watch these videos, please take a moment to think about and describe how you would connect with a 5-year-old child and his mother. How do you get him/her to reduce his/her anxiety, how do you get him/her to cooperate. Who do you talk to, who do you give information to? How and with what words do you motivate and praise? Please put your notes away and compare them with what you heard in the video.
