Here you can watch videos demonstrating the execution of functional tests and recommended exercises. You will hear how to prepare the patient for task execution. The videos will be enhanced with an introduction and commentary by the narrator. Attention will be given to the starting position and preparation for the test, as well as the assessment method (scoring). These movement tasks will be performed by a person with good trunk stability.
