Video 1: Introduction

The tests that will be presented here are designed to check whether an athlete after an injury and ACL reconstruction is ready to return to sport. To ensure the athlete’s safety, you need to know that he is not in pain, has no signs of inflammation, no feeling of knee instability, or any visible compensation. You should be sure that the athlete is prepared to perform the exercises that are part of the tests, has adequate muscle strength and range of motion, has performed agility, running and plyometric exercises with you, and tolerates them well.

Now I encourage you to watch the videos, where you will familiarize yourself with a dozen or so tests commonly used to assess readiness to return to sports after a knee joint injury.
