Recommendations (what would be good to revise before working through the lesson)

Since the decision making process will start with mentioning rehabilitation programme and exercises for spine, please remind yourself;

Review the anatomy and biomechanics of the spine with particular emphasis on the function of the muscles, before proceeding to the next part of the lesson.

Also, the problems that might be seen adolescent individuals both mentally and physically should revise before lesson to have an idea and discuss in class with the others.

It would be advantageous to be able to establish muscle fascia connections and to reinforce your knowledge of spinal anatomy and biomechanics.

The muscles in this scenario are abdominals, gluteals, erector spinae, iliopsoas for lower crossed syndrome, upper traps, deep neck flexors, lower traps, serratus anterior, and pectorals for upper crossed syndrome. (you will find this information in the e-manual).
