Comments on the ergonomics of the physiotherapist’s work and suggestions on cooperation with other members of the therapeutic team and people from the patient’s close environment (family, friends)

Consider whether in this situation you should send the patient to another specialist? If so, to which one? 

In the case described above, should the physiotherapist consult another specialist: an orthopedist, podiatrist, insole specialist?  Knowing that deformations in the forefoot may affect other parts of the body, think about how you would convince the subject to exercise?
