11. Functional test: Pick-up-weight test

During the test, the tested person has to reach down for a bag containing a 5 kg weight and lift it up. The bag (the handle of which is 50 cm from the ground) must be lifted with one hand and placed on the table. Performance assessment: able or unable to complete the task.
