VIDEO 14. Knee Pull Excercise
The Knee-Pull exercise is an exercise in which the abdominal muscles, as well as the hip and gluteal muscles, work actively. It can be used for women with low back pain after pregnancy because it strengthens these muscles, stabilizes them and positively affects body posture.
The patient lies down on the exercise mat. She bends her knees and raises her legs to form a 90-degree angle. She places her palms under her glutes or on her side facing downwards. She starts the exercise by extending her legs and touching the floor with her toes so that he feels a tension in the lower abdominal muscles. The patient returns to the starting position and continues breathing while doing so.
